Our Laurel's Moss Eggers are the result of our careful crossbreeding process: starting with Silverudd’s Blue hens and Black Copper Maran roosters to create Olive Eggers, and then crossing those with Black Copper Marans to develop these one-of-a-kind chickens.
Our chickens are bred, hatched, and raised right here on the farm, following strict organic and humane practices. We source our foundation birds from two highly reputable hatcheries that specialize in heritage breeds, ensuring healthy, vibrant chickens from flocks raised with the utmost care.
